BCA Dues

Dues are paid annually in January, and are pro-rated for those closing on their home after that.

Existing Berrywood Residents

If you are an existing BCA member, your amount due is $450
If you are re-joining the BCA (i.e. didn't pay your dues last year), your amount due is $1,125 (this includes the $675 Initiation Fee)

New Berrywood Residents

If you have moved to Berrywood this year, your amount due is in the table below. These amounts include the $675 Initiation Fee.

Please refer to the date you closed on your home to determine dues amount.

Please Note

Your membership will be approved once your payment has been processed and it is determined there are no outstanding items (such as deed restriction violations) remaining that need to be addressed. In that case, the BCA Board will contact you to review and address them as needed.

Submit your payment using the form below There is a processing fee for making an online payment. You will be notified of this fee prior to confirming/submitting.	Please make checks payable to Berrywood Community Association Please make sure your address is on your check so that it can be applied correctly Drop your check in the drop box outside the Clubhouse, OR Mail your check to BCA, P.O. Box 444, Severna Park, MD 21146.	Many members make their dues payment using their bank's Bill Pay feature Please enter the Payee as Berrywood Community Association Please make sure your address is in the memo/note field so that it can be applied correctly Have the payment sent to BCA, P.O. Box 444, Severna Park, MD 21146.
