BCA Dues

Dues are paid annually in February, and are pro-rated for those closing on their home after that. The annual dues for 2024 are $450.

Existing Berrywood Residents

If you are paying before the February 28th due date, your amount due is $450
If you are paying after the due date, or if you are re-joining the BCA (i.e. didn't pay your dues last year), your amount due is $1,125 (this includes the $675 Initiation Fee)

New Berrywood Residents

If you have moved to Berrywood this year, your amount due is in the table below. These amounts include the $675 Initiation Fee.

Please Note

Your membership will be approved once your payment has been processed and it is determined there are no outstanding items (such as deed restriction violations) remaining that need to be addressed. In that case, the BCA Board will contact you to review and address them as needed.
There is a processing fee for making an online payment. You will be notified of this fee prior to confirming/submitting.
If you prefer to make your payment with a check, please make it payable to Berrywood Community Association, and mail it to PO Box 444, Severna Park MD 21146. Please make sure your address is on your check.
